Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using any app published by Markova Labs LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.

These terms apply to all Markova Labs apps including Bargn, Void, and any future products we release.

Using our apps

Our apps are free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using our apps you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Some features require an account. Guest browsing is available in certain apps but account-only features — like messaging, posting, and making offers — require you to sign up.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password or let others access your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content you post — your listings, photos, messages, and posts are yours. By posting content in our apps, you give Markova Labs a license to display and distribute that content within the app.

You are responsible for everything you post. Don't post content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Prohibited conduct

When using our apps, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post illegal items or content
• Attempt to scam or defraud other users
• Use the app for spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the app
• Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

Transactions between users

Bargn and similar apps facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. Markova Labs is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not handle payments, guarantee item quality, or take responsibility for disputes between users.

Always use good judgment when meeting strangers. We recommend meeting in public places and bringing a friend. Markova Labs is not responsible for any harm arising from in-person transactions.

If you encounter a fraudulent listing or suspicious user, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of items traded, or the conduct of other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markova Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps — including but not limited to loss of money, data, or property resulting from transactions with other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, if anything.

Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time and delete your account from within the app or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
